Guidelines - Define targets that directly align with company OKRs - Define targets that apply the SMART principle: specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound - There is need to define detailed tasks, instead focus on a limited number (3-5) outcome-oriented targets. Bullet points are sufficient as long as the principles above are met.
